How do I contact support?

How do subscriptions work?
Premium subscriptions are offered through Apple. Prices, currency, billing period, taxes, and offer terms are shown by Apple and can vary by storefront. Free-trial eligibility is determined by Apple.
How do I restore purchases?
Open the Premium paywall in the app and choose Restore Purchases. This refreshes eligible Apple purchases and Premium access.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation follows Apple’s subscription rules and generally prevents a future renewal.
How do I delete my local app data?
Use the app’s complete local data deletion or reset action. It clears app-owned local recovery data and cancels Restep AI scheduled local notifications. Apple and RevenueCat purchase history is managed separately.
Are AI responses medical advice?
No. AI Recovery Analysis and AI Recovery Coach are automated wellness and reflection tools. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not medical, mental-health, addiction-treatment, or emergency advice.
Is my recovery data stored locally?
Most habits, check-ins, journal entries, reminders, and progress records are stored on your device. Restep AI does not provide an account system or cloud sync for these records.
What happens when I use AI features?
Optional AI features require an internet connection. They send a limited selected-habit summary; Coach also sends the message you choose and a limited number of recent Coach turns. See the Privacy Policy for details.
